Three focused services.
Each one complete in itself.
Mechanical Movement Care
Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, fresh lubrication, and timing regulation for mechanical and automatic watches. Includes a written condition report and final accuracy check.
- Gasket replacement where needed
- Written condition report
- Typical turnaround: 2–3 weeks
Case & Bracelet Refinishing
Careful cosmetic restoration including scratch reduction, surface refinishing, gasket renewal, and a water-resistance pressure check. Selective polishing that respects original case lines.
- Pressure test included
- Light bracelet adjustment on request
- Ideal for resale preparation
Heritage Overhaul
Extended restoration for vintage and collectible pieces. Includes in-house fabrication of small parts when originals are unavailable, dial care, and documented photography at every stage.
- Documented stage-by-stage photography
- In-house component fabrication
- Evaluation period before work begins
Bench work done with care,
not corners cut.
Specialist hands only
Every piece goes to a watchmaker, not a junior technician. The same person who opens your watch closes it.
Written condition report
You receive a clear record of what was found, what was done, and what to watch for — before work begins and after it finishes.
Ultrasonic cleaning
Modern ultrasonic equipment removes old lubricant and debris from movement parts without abrasion or chemical risk.
Documented restorations
Heritage overhauls include stage-by-stage photography so you follow the process and keep a permanent record with the piece.
Pressure tested
Case work includes a water-resistance pressure check as standard. Your watch leaves the bench sealed to its rated specification.
Honest timelines
Turnaround estimates are given upfront. If parts sourcing adds time, you are told before work continues.
Your watch deserves a proper look.

Things people ask before they send a watch in.
How do I know if my watch needs a service?
Common signs include a loss of power reserve, running noticeably fast or slow, a worn or stiff crown, moisture inside the crystal, or a movement that feels gritty when winding. Many pieces benefit from a service every four to six years regardless — mechanical lubrication degrades over time even if the watch appears to run well.
What happens during a movement service?
The movement is fully disassembled, each component inspected, then cleaned ultrasonically. Parts are dried, reassembled with fresh lubricants appropriate to each point, and timed on a timing machine across multiple positions. A condition report documents findings before and after. Worn gaskets are replaced as part of the standard process.
How long will my watch be away?
Mechanical movement care typically takes two to three weeks. Case refinishing is usually one to two weeks. Heritage overhauls vary — the evaluation period alone can take a week before any decision is made, and sourcing or fabricating components adds time that we quote honestly before proceeding.
Do you work on all watch brands?
We work on most Swiss and Japanese mechanical movements — from everyday automatics to vintage dress watches and pocket watches. For current-production pieces still under a manufacturer's service network, we'll note that option. Some highly specialized calibres may require consultation before we commit to taking the work.
What does the condition report include?
It covers the pre-service state of the movement (timing performance, visible wear, any damage), a list of work carried out, any parts replaced, and the post-service timing results. For heritage overhauls, photographs of each disassembly and assembly stage are included alongside the written record.
Can I get a price estimate before leaving my watch?
Yes. Send us a message with the make, model, and what you've observed. We can give a range based on the service type. A firm quote is provided after an in-person or bench evaluation, before any work begins. You are under no obligation at that stage.
